Deformed Rebar

Deformed bar, also known as rebar (short for reinforcing bar), is a steel bar or mesh of steel wires used as tension devices in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Deformed bar’s surface is often patterned to form a better bond with the concrete.

Deformed Rebar Description

Reinforced Steel Bar refers to steel with surface protruding ribs and straight strips, which helps to strengthen the adhesion between concrete and steel bars and it helps to create strong pull between steel bars and cement. It is suitable for reinforced concrete projects that require high strength, such as houses and well contorlled in accordance with the latest version of TIS 24-2559. The quality grade (steel symbol) is SD 40 and SD 50. The nominal diameter is from 10 mm to 40 mm. The standard lengths are 10 M and 12 M and lengths is also available according to the customer's requirements.

Q：I want a specific size or color. Can I get my color coated steel customized?

A：Yes. Customization is available. You can choose the color or pattern, size (length, width, thickness, weight, etc.), paints, shape, etc. We offer coils and sheets, as well as further processing services, such as logo printing, etc. Please send us your requirements, we will meet your requirements.

Q: How about the MOQ? Will you accept it if my first order quantity is smal!?

A: We want to do our best to support your trial order quantity, so even for just a few kilograms of products,because we have confidence to continue the second order with your company.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: If the goods are in stock, generally 5-10 days. Or 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, according to the quantity.

Q: How about samples? ls it free or extra cost?

A: Yes, we would like to provide samples before ordering; if thereis sample in stock, it wil be free; if the sample is from new production, we will charge some reasonable fees, butthis amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.

Q: How to pack?

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: New customers usually have two payment terms: 1) 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L; 2)100% irrevocable L/C at sight; lf you need any other terms, please feel free to contact us and we will try ourbest.
